Jean-Francois Leroux

District 6 - Surrey

Meet Jean-François Leroux

Jean-Francois Leroux has been a proud resident of Dorval since 2006. A dedicated husband and father of two young boys, Jean-Francois brings a strong legal and safety background to his role, holding a Bachelor of Law from UQAM and a Certificate in Health and Safety from Université de Montréal. He has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2003 and has served on various executive boards of non-profit organizations for over two decades.

Since 2021, Jean-Francois has represented District 6 as a municipal councillor, advocating for community engagement and active living. He is deeply involved in local sports and wellness initiatives, serving on the governing boards of the Dorval Oldtimers Hockey Association and the Dorval Weight Training Club since 2018, and coaching youth soccer with the Dorval Soccer Association.

Jean-Francois’s commitment to Dorval is rooted in service, leadership, and a passion for building a vibrant, inclusive community.
